Thomas J. Dalo's passion for real estate began early, shaped by a family of engineers and developers. Growing up, he spent countless hours mentoring with his father, learning the fundamentals of construction and design. That hands-on foundation gave him a deep ability to visualize potential in properties, from structural possibilities to aesthetic transformation, a perspective that continues to guide his work today.

Originally from Northern New Jersey, Thomas spent most of his professional career in New York City and later Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he built a strong track record in financial operations for registered investment advisors, primarily within private equity and hedge fund environments. His work required precision, adaptability, and a deep command of complex financial structures. It also strengthened his ability to serve high-net-worth individuals, developing expertise in estate planning, relationship management, and delivering exceptional client service in fast-paced, high-expectation settings.

Thomas has lived in the Bonita Bay community in Bonita Springs, Florida for the past seven years and is an active golf member of the Bonita Bay Club. He believes deeply in the longevity and vibrancy of the community, a place defined by its natural beauty, welcoming neighbors, and diverse backgrounds. His passion for people and relationships is evident across every chapter of his professional life.

A graduate of Fairfield University, Thomas holds both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting. He is a proud member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®) and is deeply committed to service in Southwest Florida. Tom volunteers extensively with Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, serves on the selection committee, and has been invited to join the Board of Directors for the upcoming fiscal year.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys playing golf, skiing, traveling, and gardening. He also leads the social committee in his Bonita Bay neighborhood, further reflecting his passion for community and connection. He is also passionate about design and architecture, always seeking his next project and inspired by communities that prioritize the preservation of Southwest Florida's natural environment.
